I started Boudoir Allure almost 4-years ago. I have hestitated to connect it to Kaelee Denise Photography (which specializes in child and family portraiture). But I read a blog post about a month ago by Holli True Photography that really put Boudoir into perspective for me.
You can read her full blog post here– titled “Boudoir is not a dirty word”
My goal as a boudoir photographer with Boudoir Allure is to empower women. I have so many of my boudoir clients who come to their session nervous but leave telling me how wonderful and beautiful they felt. Boudoir is NOT sex. I feel that society has turned women’s bodies into such a sexual thing. We are constantly being shown ads of women who are society’s “ideal”- 100 lbs and stark skinny. This is real life people.
I take the same approach to my boudoir photography as I do with my family and child portrait photography. I stay true to what in in front of me. Capturing what is natural and real. I want my boudoir clients to look at the photos from their session and smile seeing the beauty that they are. Beautiful, natural and sexy.
2013 has exciting things in store. Stayed tuned for big news coming from Kaelee Denise Photography & Boudoir Allure!
