When I talked with Marissa on the phone about setting up their family’s portrait session during our Brevard Fall Family Portrait Day she asked if she could bring their dog. OF COURSE!
As many of you may know Chris and I adopted a puppy back in April and he is a HUGE part of our family. Anyone who knows Chris and I knows how much we spoil Oliver! So I LOVE it when dogs come along on family photo shoots.

Maggie, the Schmertman’s dog is 15-years old! And Marissa has had her since she was 10-weeks. Maggie was so excited to be at the photoshoot, tail wagging!
Toward the end of our session we let the boys roll up their pants and get in the creek. 10-seconds in the the creek and they were ready to get out! TOO COLD apparently. What boys given the option to play in the creek turn it down?!?
